I’m Barbara, founder of Maison Barbara.

Born and raised in Switzerland, I spent more than twenty years living in California. That experience shaped my design philosophy, blending California’s relaxed warmth with the timeless elegance, quality, and craftsmanship that define Swiss design.

I believe every home should feel deeply personal. Rather than following trends, I create interiors that reflect the people who live in them, their lifestyle, their story, and the way they want to feel every day.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each client. From the first conversation to the final styling, I guide every step of the process with care, creating spaces that are both beautiful and effortlessly livable.
